| "The 1st classroom is the Earth, the first chakra... You pick up a stone that represents an attachment to the dream that you believe is keeping you safe. Maybe it's material wealth or that you're going to be a success, everyone's going to love you, whatever it is. You acknowledge that you're attached to this thing that's keeping you inside your little cubicle and you bury it. This whole process is a series of steps of surrendering your attachments because you recognize that a lot of your attachments keep you trapped. You go from that 1st classroom to the 2nd classroom, which represent the emotions. And in that classroom you acknowledge a lot of the trauma that you've experienced and tried to suppress. You feel your feelings. You imagine yourself wading through water. The water represents your emotions." |
