Beginning the Climb, Pyramid of the Sun |
"The last
chakra, The Pyramid of the Sun, is actually a chakra above your head,
where you've moved out of the earthly sphere. This is where you make
an act of gratitude towards the Universe. You acknowledge how grateful
you are to be alive. And as a human being, we're unique. We stand
between the earth and the sun, as a life form. And we are only one
of the life forms that has the ability to acknowledge that it's standing
in that place. That we're not just of the earth and we're not just
of spirit. We have this unique ability to acknowledge that. And on
this last day of the journey, you send your goodwill to the Universe,
acknowledging all of the gifts that you've received. It's kind of
a thanksgiving, a summarization of whatever insight or knowledge you've
received during the five days in a posture of gratitude."

Happiness
can only come from inside of you and is the result of love. When
you are aware that no one can make you happy, and that happiness
is the result of your love, this becomes the greatest mastery of
the Toltecs: the Mastery of Love.

The Mastery of Love, by Don Miguel Ruiz.
